Rentals FAQ

What does my rental include?

Your rental includes the following:

  • Four hour space rental
  • The space’s corresponding furniture
  • Use of audio/visual equipment
  • Cleaning fee
  • Event staffing fee

Parking costs may be additional. The BDPS office will be happy to help you arrange parking.

Are there any dates when the spaces are not available?

Blue Devil Tower spaces are not available for rental the Thursday and Friday prior to a home football game. Champions Club will not be available the day of a home men’s basketball game.

Do you have preferred vendors?

All renters of Blue Devil Tower spaces or the Champions Club are required to use our in-house caterer, Trident Provisions.

Do you provide linens for the tables?

Renters may choose to rent linens from a separate rental company or arrange for linens through the in-house caterer.

Is alcohol permitted? May I bring in my own alcohol?

Arrangements for alcohol service must be made through the in-house caterer.
